Interview With Todd Spitzer

As promised, I am posting the interview we were granted by Orange County Supervisor Todd Spitzer. We discussed the process in place for selecting a new Orange County Clerk-Recorder and he gave his thoughts for what the Supervisors are looking for in the first 100 days.
