He’s proven he’s a better loser than a winner. Either of these potential candidates sound fine at this time, but count on the unions to put plenty of money behind Quirk-Silva. They won’t easily lose what they’ve gained thanks to Norby’s terrible campaign last year and his sitting on a primary lead.
