Mr Friendly- I have met Gail Eastman and I definitely don't think she had any intention of being insensitive with her comments and I also saw her comment on Facebook clarifying what she meant with her statement.

Cynthia- I disagree with you on the Anaheim Hills and I openly refer to myself as living in Anaheim Hills. I don't see it any differently from somebody in Orange referring to themselves as being from Orange Park Acres or Old Towne Orange. It honestly does not make me love all of Anaheim any less.

Gail has apologized for the comments. Her words were poorly chosen but she is not evil.

Thank you for pointing out that there is no such thing as Anaheim Hills. God forbid those people identify themselves as from Anaheim! That tells you how badly our city is divided, when half of its population makes up a location to keep from being perceived as Anaheim residents. That said, the issues with disenfranchised neighborhoods has nothing to do with lack of districts, in fact districts are more likely to create additional division. But folks like LULAC and ACLU never let facts get in the way of their agenda.
